Hey pal, you ever try to get a home loan in Australia? getting a home mortgage in Australia right now is darn near impossible. I have been trying, well me and Cheney have been trying for a home loan for like six months now and just can’t come up with anything. We have tried going directly to the banks for a mortgage and even tried working with a couple of mortgage brokers and it has really been rough to say the least. On the plus side I do think that I have become something of an expert when it comes to Australia and Home Loan. There probably has not been much of anything in the way of Australian home loan resources that I have missed and I think anything that I may have missed Cheney came across and theater contacted them or try the resource, whatever.

Out of all the different places that we have been working with over the last six months this one place for home loans has been the most positive. At least they did not dismiss us out of hand and, well, between the two of us we do not have exactly the best credit in the world so the fact that they have been working with us for a few weeks now trying to make something happen good for us with a quick cheap mortgage has been kind of impressive. I have a mortgage broker here in Australia that is just great. I went to him because I was not having any luck at all trying to find a home loan for Janie and myself as we try to buy our very first home. I mean, this has been a really exciting experience for us both. Just imagine finally having our own home after all of these years of just renting. Like, these mortgage brokers really do a lot for you apparently. I mean he has been helping us to get Mortgages the right paperwork altogether which I was really screwing up big time when I was just trying to do it all on my own. I mean I really had no clue of just exactly what it was that I should be pointing and not even sure of exactly where I needed to go with all of this paperwork.

Janie point out to me something though. I am not sure that it is just that this a Mortgage is so good and bad this makes him unusual or maybe this is just what mortgage brokers do and for the most part, assuming they actually do their job, one mortgage broker is probably as good as any other broker. I guess if you get anyone to do their job right it always makes things easier when you’re dealing with a professional.
