Why might I be a better choice than most of the other people out there talking about Reverse Mortgages? Well….

I am old enough to apply for one myself. So, if you are a senior, I probably have a lot in common with you.

I was too young to fight, but I was already around during World War II.  Television arrived while I was still in school. Years later, I paid an “arm and a leg” for a calculator when they hit the market.

Back then, nobody knew anything about computers.  Eventually, Microsoft arrived on the scene, and now … here we are.

It has been a scramble to stay up with all the new computer-generated documents required to consummate mortgage loans. But, with a lot of serious study and some help from my instructors and colleagues, I have been able to keep up to date.

I relate very strongly with my clients. I am driven to provide solutions because I share some of their problems. Each new client is an adventure.

Maybe you will be next. I hope so.
