Man, this was a rough time dealing with Home Loan.

Okay, so this is cool. I can blog now about my horrible time trying to get a a Mortgage in Australia. From what my friends are telling me, well I guess from what I see in the newspapers and on television too, this is going to be a very difficult thing to accomplish. Mortgage stuff helps keep life full, right? LOL.

I mean, Mary and I do have a lot of cash to work with but while Mary’s credit report is squeaky clean I’ve got a few late payments that register on there so I don’t know how much trouble that is going to give us. The best thing I know is for us to try getting a home mortgage at a lot of different places here in Australia but like can you try to many places and get yourself in trouble? I mean, if we apply at too many places at the same time does that set off any kind of red flags to the loan officers? I’d guess about the only thing we can do is give it a try and see what happens and I will keep everyone posted here.
