Holy cow! What kind of Mortgages is this anyway? Cool stuff!

I have a mortgage broker here in Australia that is just great. I went to him because I was not having any luck at all trying to find a home loan for Janie and myself as we try to buy our very first home. I mean, this has been a really exciting experience for us both. Just imagine finally having our own home after all of these years of just renting. It’s almost impossible to believe that it’s finally happening. A Home Loan

Like, these mortgage brokers really do a lot for you apparently. I mean he has been helping us to get Mortgages the right paperwork altogether which I was really screwing up big time when I was just trying to do it all on my own. I mean I really had no clue of just exactly what it was that I should be pointing and not even sure of exactly where I needed to go with all of this paperwork.

Janie point out to me something though. I am not sure that it is just that this a Mortgage is so good and bad this makes him unusual or maybe this is just what mortgage brokers do and for the most part, assuming they actually do their job, one mortgage broker is probably as good as any other broker. I guess if you get anyone to do their job right it always makes things easier when you’re dealing with a professional.
