Historically Low Rates to Continue!

The FMOC minutes came out recently and they downplayed inflation concerns and actually stated that rates would stay low for a while.  Right now we are running specials for all types of transactions: purchases, cash-out refinances, refinances, and streamline refinances.

Our rates are significantly better in the past two days and look like they will continue to get better at least into the Friday jobs report.
