How has your company adapted to the economic downturn that has faced the Southwest Florida construction industry?

We are a compact business with little to no overhead. With expenses low we can control cash flow much easier and with more efficiency. We also concentrate on utilizing the World Wide Web to help spread the word about Southwest Heating and Cooling.
