Two top Dallas real estate execs switch firms

Steve Brown from the Dallas Morning News reports that David Nichols and Erin Matthews have moved to Allie Beth Allman and Associates. We wish David and Erin the best at their new home.
David Nichols and Erin Mathews – who for the last few years have worked with Briggs-Freeman Real Estate – have joined Allie Beth Allman & Associates.
The two sales agents did more than $100 million in business in 2008 and will be executive vice presidents at the firm. They specialize in sales in North Dallas, the Park Cities, Turtle Creek and Kessler Park.
Mr. Nichols joined Brigg-Freeman in 2006 as a senior vice president.
The move to Allie Beth Allman includes nine associates.
