30 year fixed mortgage rates go down to 5.13%

Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage fell 1 basis points from 5.14% to 5.13% on Sunday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.

The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on August 2, 2009, is down 9 basis points from the previous week’s average rate of 5.22% and up 13 basis points from the average rate of 5.00% from three months ago.
