Extended AND Expanded Home Buyer Tax Credit (Good thru April 30, 2010)

November 6, 2009 President Obama signed The Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act into law. This legislation extends the first-time home buyer credit of up to $8,000 to contracts signed by April 30, 2010 and purchases completed by June 30, 2010.
