Great news for Spring – Standard backs 100% mortgages

Standard Bank anounced relaxed lending criteria. Customers no longer have to pay a deposit on homes up to R1.5m. Standard Bank is the first of the big four to officially announce the long-awaited move back to 100% home loans.
